Refund Policy

At Camille-Bloom, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued.


Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and packaging intact

To request a return, please contact us at info.camilleandbloom@gmail.com before sending the item back.

Return shipments must include a Track & Trace number.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at

Include your order number and clear photo or video evidence.
After verification, a free replacement will be sent. The damaged item does not need to be returned.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Refused deliveries

  • Packages not collected from the carrier

  • Orders cancelled after placement
