Shipping Information
Average Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
In rare cases, delays of 2–3 additional business days may occur due to stock availability or logistical issues.
Lost Packages:
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Shipping Method:
We offer free shipping with a Track & Trace number, shipped via Canada Post or an equivalent carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Your Track & Trace code is included in your order confirmation email.
Tracking becomes active once the package has been handed over to the courier.
Occasionally, delays or temporary tracking errors may occur, but your package remains in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided that they are:

Unworn and unused

With all tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
For returns due to customer preference (wrong size or change of mind), return shipping costs are non-refundable.
